On-site Program and Contract Monitoring: We work with our Clients to control satellite construction cost, schedule, and technical risk to achieve overall mission success. LRC provides senior on-site Client representation at the satellite manufacturer or at other subsystem/unit suppliers. We monitor programs and operations to represent Client interests and to assure technical and contractual compliance and that issues are properly addressed. Support may include participation in regular meetings and in requirements reviews, in unit, subsystem, and system-level design reviews (PDR, CDR), at sell-offs, and for launch vehicle integration and readiness reviews, and mission operations planning and execution.
